Rebel Chemitrak Boots

A quality chemical, water and heat resistant, anti-penetration workboot. The Chemitrak S3 Boot is ISO 20345 and SABS approved. These specialized workboots have been designed to keep your feet safe in the harshest of conditions. The full grain, high quality S2 (water resistant), black treated waxy cow leather offers high resistance to chemicals, heat, flame, oil and mould.

• 100% natural nitrile rubber sole - heat resistant up to 300°C (Degrees Celsius)
• Anti-penetration steel midsole
• Breathable and abrasion resistant blue Taibrella lining
• Wide profile carbon steel toe cap
• Nickel-free D-rings
• Hydroseal waterproof lining

Materials:

• Upper: Full Grain, High Quality S2 Black Waxy Cow Leather: Highly Resistance to Chemicals, Flame, Oil & Mould
• Inner Sole: Biagioli IBITECH 252 2mm Foam Insole Board
• Mid Sole: Anti-penetration steel mid sole
• Lining: Breathable and Abrasion Resistant Tai-brelle (Equivalent to Cambrelle)

Eyelet:

• Nickel-free Eyelet 

Sole:

• 100% Nitrile Rubber Sole – cemented
• Temperature Maximum 300ºC (degrees Celsius)
• Heat and Oil resistant Nitrile Rubber Sole
• Slip Resistance - Tested to SATRA PM144 1992 and meets these requirements
• However, care should always be taken on wet or oily surfaces
• Crack Resistance - Tested to 30,000 flex cycles
• Anti-penetration steel mid sole

Toe Cap:

• Steel Toe Cap - Tested to an impact resistance of 200 Joules

Anti Static Properties:

• Product is anti static. If application is life critical additional consultation with product expert is required. Electrical resistance can be significantly changed by flexing, contamination or moisture. Introduction of additional inner sole reduces static resistance

Chemical Applications:

• Leather coating ensures maximum chemical, flame, mould and water resistance
