Returns & Refunds
 
We want you to be happy with your purchase. 
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us.
 
Return of Goods
 
Any item purchased from CYMOT via the online store can be returned to CYMOT within seven (7) days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging and free of any damages.
Items must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy thereof.
 
Items can be returned as follows:
1. Directly to any of our branches.
2. Via any Nampost outlet:
provided that the items have been properly packaged and sealed.

Reason for Return
Original Invoice number
Date of delivery to Nampost
Nampost waybill number
These details are important to us in order for us to follow-up on the return process to avoid any unnecessary delays.
The items will be returned at CYMOT’s cost, 
Risk of ownership being transferred once Nampost has delivered to CYMOT Warehouse premises.
 
This Nampost option is only available in towns where there is no CYMOT branch.
 
Processing of Returns
 
Once we have received the returned item we will evaluate the reason for the return and compliance with the above conditions:
1. Wrongly delivered
We will deliver the correct item to you as soon as possible.
2. Damaged
We will evaluate the damage and either replace or repair the item.
You will be contacted before any action is taken or possible costs incurred.
3. Cancellation of purchase
You will be contacted and your purchase amount will be refunded.
4. Not suitable for intended use
You will be contacted and your purchase amount will be refunded.
 
 
Refunds
 
Refund transactions can take up to seven (7) days after the item was returned to CYMOT.
CYMOT can only refund according to the initial payment method.
Depending on the banking institution you used for the purchase transaction, the banking system also takes a number of days to refund a debit / credit card purchase. Please check with your bank if you are expecting a refund.

Items specifically excluded from the above policies: 
1. All end of range items if not damaged or wrongly delivered.
2. All other items advertised with the following note: “No refunds or exchanges”.
 
Courier / Transport Costs
 
1. Courier / transport costs for return items are only covered by CYMOT where the item to be returned falls within the Return of Goods policy above.
2. CYMOT cannot entertain refunds on transport charges incurred outside of the Return of Goods policy .
 
 
 
PLEASE NOTE: ​If, in the exercise of its discretion, the Company shall agree, at the request of the Purchaser, to accept the return of any goods for credit, which goods were correctly supplied by the company and are not faulty or subject to a claim, then the Company shall be entitled without the necessity of any further agreement to claim from the Purchaser a handling charge of 10% (ten percent) of the invoice price of the goods returned. Only goods, which are still the original packaging and in resalable condition, will be accepted for credit.
